machine Dash insert

I am trying to find someone that can redo my dash insert on my 1978 Pontiac T/A. I ordered some new vents for my air conditioner. My other question is can these be installed without removing the dash insert?

There are a couple of members here that do very nice work on the engine-turned bezels.

If you're speaking of the 2 (side by side) round AC vents on the right side of the bezel, yes the bezel will need to be removed to replace them.
