TH350 in Maryland

Located in 21784 Sykesville MD.  Dont know anything about it other than it came with the car I got and I ran it for about 15 miles or so when I built my new motor and the fluid that came out looked real clean.  I can tell that it has a shift kit in it and goes through all 3 gears.  It is a chevy bolt pattern.  The plate that you see is to adapt it to a BOP bolt pattern.  I am going with a 2004R and have no use for it.  I would like to get $275
