Title: interior door pull handle screw holes

Seems like I once saw a post on here how to repair the inside door metal panel where the screws for the pull handle/arm rest go. Can't seem to find it. Mine look like they were stripped out, and then someone used bigger screws, and then those stipped the metal out too. Suggestions, Thanks,

just fab a metal tab over the old hole and drill a new (smaller) hole
