Topic: "Thank yous"

Got this idea from the cummins diesel forum...  Give the people an opportunity to "thank" other members when they're questions are answered well.  It is a good way to see who really knows what they're talking about real quick if they get many "thank yous" from other members or who throws out good ideas.  Just a thought..?

There is a "karma" feature on this forum that I have disabled.  You can give members either an "applaud" or a "smite".... I didn't opt to enable this feature because I didn't want it abused or used in the wrong way.

Ya, I'd definitely "smite" Hitman and Hammer just because .... well, I won't bring up the stories last time I was up there

I thought for a moment that perhaps a similar feature was used before but why not throw it out there.  That's understandable.
