Picture from the late 70's

I was looking at some old pictures I have and came across this one. It's from a Winston Cup race at Pocono in the late 70's or very early 80's. The Trans Am was the pace car and the TA club I was in got 2 parade laps before the race started.
I really like the way you can see all the TA's lined up in the mirror and it is fitting the the only licence you can see says it all. PA ZAZ

I remember them doing that at Michigan International Speedway in the 80's too. We camped on the infield and I woke up to Trans Am's making laps. Very cool pic.! ;D

Very cool.  I had the pleasure of doing the same thing back in the day at Poconos for a Winston cup race with a corvette club I belonged to at the time.  Thanks for posting the pics.

Back in a day when our cars were new. Cracked dashes were unheard of, you could buy a Super Duty for less than any new car, and "NOS" was as far as your closest dealership.
