how about pinning a feedback section to the top of the page in the parts for sale section?

I have my reasons for asking.

I guess that is kinda what the "Parts Suppliers" section is also for is to give feedback on Companies, but I guess also people as well.  Did you want something different?

If and when I have/had a problem with a Parts Supplier , I would try to work it out with emails, PM's and by phone first before airing it out on the forum.  as I would hope every one else would to.

this is for the parts for sale/wanted section.
but like above , I would try the PM's, emails first.  but if all else fails. all I can do is post in there thread my problem with them. then it just go's away into the pages to be forgotten.

if there was a feedback section a buyer could go there and see there track record.  and make the decision to buy from them or not.

in the section , once a buyer posts feedback, the next buyer just needs to add there feedback to the same thread.  there is no need to have 2 - 10 treads for the same seller.

So you just want a feedback section for individual users on the Forum? So say I would have a thread as Hitman, Renovations would have one, Kentuckyetti would have one, and so on? Is that what you mean? And I do not know what you mean about "then it just go's away into the pages to be forgotten."

"then it just go's away into the pages to be forgotten."
yes.  if I post in a thread and there is no reply .  the thread drops down the page then to page 2 and so on.  unless I bump the it back to the top.

the feedback would be a new topic , only a Sticky Topic  named (78TA Feedback) or what ever.   there the buyer would start a thread named  4SPEED  or Hitman or who ever they buy from.   then put in there comment of a good or bad sale. then the guy that buys from the same person can just add there comment to the thread.
when a buyer clicks on the 78TA Feedback  and doesnt find the selles name, he'll start a new thread with that seller.

is that doable, or am I way off on this.  I know Jack about HTML stuff.  that your deal.

It is very doable and not that hard.  Post this question in the General Deiscussion area and see what other people think.  If everyone likes the idea, I will add the section.  Sound good?
