What part is this??

Currently restoring a 78 TA but i have no clue on what part this is or where it mounts to. it looks like some sort of heat shield. Please help!

It's the bellhousing trans mission inspection cover, goes between engine and gearbox on manuals, cutout for starter motor clearance.
