1977 Pontiac 400 EGR Parts and Choke Parts

I am restoring my 1977 with the 400 engine and automatic and need the part that mounts between the intake manifold and the EGR valve.  I believe it might be part of the choke pre-heater assembly.  Also need pre-heater with tubing.
