wiper motor, 79 Trans Am

Hi, have a 79 Trans Am with pulse wipers. I replaced the motor last autumn, and it worked fine until yesterday, when it suddenly stopped.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram? Or maybe some good ideas what could cause it to stop?
