Welcome Rehmus...that looks like a great T/A...I don't even wanna' say "project" as it looks good as is. As mentioned, post any questions you may have...we're all happy to help (or at least entertain you while we make stuff up ;) ).

A Chilton's or Hayne's manual is better than nothing but you may decide to pick up a '78 service manual on CD (Hitman sells them on this site); very useful).

Keep us posted.
Jeff

Hello,

My name is Trevor D. and I live in Acton CA.  I recently bought a project car '78 Trans Am, it runs strong but is definitely a restoration.  It needs alot of work but thats why I'm here to learn from all your seasoned wrench turners.

Thanks guys, and I don't mean "old timers"  I meant those who have spent more hours under the hood of a car than I have.  It's nice to find a community of Pontiac Firebird & Trans Am enthusiasts, no one I know restores cars so I will probably talking to all of you sooner or later.

Ask any questions you may have...there are lots of knowledgable and talented people here. If we don't know the answer, we'll make something up ;) :D :D
