Hello all my name is Chris. I reside in NJ. I just got back from a year long vacation fixing HMMVEES in  IRAQ. Now I'm moving and have to get my 1978 Y88 T/A running. It's been sitting for years but she will finally be in a garage. I'm so glad I would'nt let my wife talk me into getting rid of her. But she is going to need a lot of TLC. All that sitting has not done her any good.

Welcome to 78TA.com, Chris!  Thanks for your service -- and I mean that from the bottom of my heart.

Post us up some pics of your ride -- doesn't have to be perfect -- everybody's got project cars anyway! :) ;)

Hey everyone, I thought it was about time to introduce myself, I have been lurking in the shadows for a while now. ;D
My names Brandon, I also just returned for the sandbox, stationed at Cherry Point NC. I got back and bought a 1978 T/A, Y88, W72 Auto, WS6. It needs a lot of help (northern car, salt has not done it well) but I also aquired a 79 shell with a decent body. Love the website, lots of good info on here.
