I used it in my 79.  I dont feel any heat from the floor. pic is from the 77.  and when done the hole car will be covered. 
good sound deadening to

That's what I was thinking.....nice dash!  I need a camel tan dash in that condition.

bend the prong closest to front of car on resister,so it cant go into plug.worked on my 77,fan shuts completly off
