Justin that's a great looking car -
Can't wait to see it finished up with the decals and flares on.

White was my first color preference before I stumbled across a Solar Gold '78.
The familiar theme music plays, the clock and big eye fly by, & Rod Serling's voice chimes in - "Enter one ordinary man: artist, husband and father. A full-fledged member in the sorority of dreamers who's been driven to the very brink of The Trans Am Zone

seriously your car looks good man. Dont sweat the small stuff. Wish mine looked like that. Keep the picutres coming once you get the decals and flares. I vote for the black/red decal.

Looks good man, I wouldn't worry to much about the rockers.  I just decided this week that I am going to paint my Esprit (formula clone) white w/blue pearl.

i gotta agree with everyone the white looks awesome. as for the rockers....i was just expecting alot more from this shop......thats why i went with this shop instead of the ones that quoted me less than half of their price. i thought i was paying so much extra for good quality work. if i would have known this i would have went with one of the other shops that quoted me around $1000 just for body work. i feel like i got ripped off, but im over it. one day ill have my own house and shop and i can do it myself. it may take a little trial and error but it will be done the right way.

I would tell them to make it right.  its your car, you spent the money to be done right.  its not that hard to mask off the rocker and re-work it.  my body on mine was sprayed 2 times.  reworked a few spots and cleared the body.

Car looks great dude...Jump in and enjoy the ride. Be happy that it is painted and drivable. You can always get the rockers reworked when the cash flow improves!!

I have yet to enjoy mine in the 9 years I've had it, but I'll get there.

Looks great

so what you guys are saying . if it was yours and spent that kind of cash. you would just let it go?  and maybe fix it later?  sure it looks good. hell it looked good in primer. it a trans am. they look good in rust and you dream of what it could look like redone.  I say make it right.

You have a point with it looking good from rust to riches!!

Well...try to get them to redo the rockers. I don't think it would take that much and there is a seam you can tape from to keep from redonif the whole car

Just my two cents

who ever painted it should of never let it go out the door like that. thats not a good way to make a name for your self. I say if they left the rocker go like that what other short cuts did they take, in the body work?
