Hey guys,
I recently immigrated to the US (from a small country called Denmark) and would like for my 79 Trans Am to follow me. The problem is that at some point a gen4 454 BigBlockChevy was fitted. I dont understand legal English but I am pretty sure that it doesn't qualify as "OEM original from the factory" as I have been tolled by EPA import lines, that it needs to be. I need help to figure out my options. I dont want to do something illegal, since I would like to stay in the country with my wife (who is American). The car was bought by me dad and it was the last project we had before he died of Parkinson's a few years ago, so the car means a lot to me.
