Ive tried to post pics an it says i cant. they are jpg but its not happening. What am i doing wrong!

What hosting are you using? What's your method for posing them?

its the size of them. just start a photobucket account , and make sure the size saved is 800x600 or smaller and copy/past the IMG in the reply box.

The picture size is limited to 128kb. So if the picture is too large, then you need to shrink it down to that file size in order to upload it using the "attachment" feature.

How do you shrink the photo files? I have been trying to figure this out for quite some time. Thanks

Most computers have photo editing software but if you don't, you can use Photobucket to re-size.
Here's the steps directly from their site:
Resizing your photos is easy:
Log into your Photobucket account.
Navigate to the image in your album that you want to resize.
Click the thumbnail to display the full-size view, or mouse over the thumbnail and click Edit.
Mouse over the image in full-size view, and do one of the following:
Select Resize, and then choose an option (100x175, 160x120, 320x240, more options).

It should not be larger than 100 pixels x 100 pixels
