wow. Just because it is old does not mean it should be worth that. I just don't understand people who pay for things like this,put them in a box in the attic,die and then it all starts over.

The only thing I can think of is that they are doing a 100 point resto and will be judged on every square inch of there car.. If they are buying it to run around town then I agree with Justin about being morons...

Well that still means the car may just sit around. Hopefully they swap it out for drive time. It's one thing not to drive a finished car and having a finished can and not driving it is a travesty.

Maybe its for a trailer queen for the car shows..
Personally, I can't see anyone putting all the work into a car to just let it sit around and not drive it..  Even cars you see on Ebay and BJ's where it only has 5k original miles and its 30 years old..  Whats the point of buying a car to not drive it...

Some people just buy these nice cars for investment purposes. I think it kills the hobby personally. We're beginning to see this enter our realm of Trans Ams in what used to be a lot of the Corvette guys' attitudes.
