403 rebuid help

I have a 403 and was woundering what can be done to have 500hp abd 600+ trq? With 12:1 compression no large cam just a lift on the  cam.

Dude... small cam: low Rpm power... low rpm power: low horsepower.
12:1 on an old V8...  set your mind to something lower :-)
