Which Remflex Gaskets?
« on: April 25, 2010, 11:55:05 PM »
So I am pretty sure that I already have an exhaust leask from my header install and once I get back from school I am going to drop my headers and put on remflex gaskets. I am on the site now and I don't know which ones I need though, the ones for the large d port or for the regular d port heads? I have a 78 with 6x heads. Here is teh website witht he 2 different options. http://catalog.remflex.com/category_s/81.htm. Thanks

It depends if you are using stock manifold or small tube headers verses large tube headers. Stock manifolds and small tube headers use the first one(p/n RF12-001). Large tube headers take the other one(p/n RF12-004).
