Trans Am Fender Decal Location

I've been trying to figre out what is the correct postion for the fender decals. I've been looking at images on the net and I'm finding that they aren't consistently placed. I'm using the 70-72 decals and have someone coming by today to put them on so if anyone can give me an idea of a correction location I'll buy them a beer.  :D
