Drivers side window out of track
« on: June 02, 2011, 02:36:53 PM »
The drivers side window is off the track at the front of the window. How do I get it back on? Any suggestions?

Remove the door panel so you can get access to the inside of the door...once you look inside, you will be able to see what needs to be loosened to allow you to move the roller back into the track.

(pretty simple nuts and bolts stuff you can figure out....easy once you are looking at it...not that easy to explain in words)

You probably need to loosen the track on the window glass itself to allow the roller to be moved back into the slide.

Removed door panel and yes indeed the roller is out of the front track. The roller is actually broken and was stuck in track. Is there a replacement that you can buy new and how hard is it to install? Do i have to remove the glass completely?
