Ok here is my custom touch. Painted my bird, wanted it look somewhat factory but a little different. Plus it I made it larger.

Masking

Gradient of silver and dark silver

Painting some bevels to give it dimension

Airbrushing highlights and shadows

Here I cleared it and wet sanded it to lock what I have in and knock the paint edges down a little.

How did you go about getting the stencils made for the bird?

It turned out perfect

Thank you. I made all of the masking. I used to do a lot of custom paint so I have a small plotter. That large mask is actually three splices.

Since together the car has settled about an inch from these photos. Headed to Goodguys this weekend for the show, will try to get some good pics of it all together.

Amazing job bro

It turned out fantastic

2 questions

First...where did you get / what did you use for the shaker and fender vent mesh?

Second...was getting the Dynamat worth it for the sound deadening properties?

I was thinking of doing something similar but I can't afford Dynamat...I don't think...haven't priced it out in a really long time
