Great site Hitman!
Here are some pictures of my 75 transam, I am the 2nd owner this car had the original paint and is a matching number car, the original owner had Hurst Hatches fitted on the car in 1977 by the dealer, this is the only modification on my T/A. I still have the original honeycomb well and when they are restored they will go back on the T/A

I'm so glad I found your site, what a wealth of info!!! I have to thank you for all the great work you've done!! I'm new to the TA world....I've always loved them, but just recently got one...a 77 Special Edition that needs a bit of work, luckily noting major, just a ton of little stuff everywhere!! Well, and a paint job and decals....I guess that's not so little. Anyway, I wanted to put up some pics of it, mainly because I need a lot of help and having the photos would allow for people to give me better advice and hints, and ideas. I know it's not too pretty (well, all TA's are pretty, but you know what I mean!!) and I'd understand if you didn't want to put the pics on your site. But thanks if you do!!
Thank you for your time, and GREAT SITE!!!!

Hi Brett, you have done an amazing job on your web page. I would like to send you a photo of my 1974 Trans Am. I am the original owner, buying the car May 19th, 1974. I still have all paperwork, sales contract, etc. It has two tone red interior red/burgundy, power door locks, power windows, rear window defroster, a/c, am/fm 8 track. It has the original ZU 455, turbo 400, and rear end (3:42). Undercarriage has been detailed. Motor has been rebuilt 30 over, trw forged pistons, with ported and polished original 4x heads, doug headers, SD intake and carb. 59,000 original miles. Motor output to rear wheels on dyno is 280 horse and 370 foot lbs of torque. All smog is conneted. Original 3:08 gears, exhaust and intake manifolds and carb saved. Thanks, John C. California
Hitman Here are a few pics of our Gold 78
Owners Marty & Corinne Wustman purchased the car new in February 1978 after waiting months for delivery. It was purchased in Grand Rapids Michigan, at Orson E. Coe Pontiac. It was number 44688 produced in 1978. It has a 400 CI engine with an automatic. I ordered it with the Hurst Hatches, Snowflake wheels and a few other options.
It was a dayly driver for years, our 2 sons drove it during their High School years. It has 122,000 miles on it, and has never been overhauled. We had the car restored in 05 & 06 after we moved to Arizona. We attended our first show in May and came home with a best of class. Since then, we have been in 4 more shows and had 2 more firsts and a third. Thanks
Marty & Corinne Wustman currently we live in Gold Canyon Az.
Hello Brett and greetings from the UK
Fantastic job you've done with your web page, I've found it a treasure trove of information since I bought my Trans Am last July. I was browsing the visitor pages last night and I thought I would send you pictures of my TA for you to put up.
My Trans Am is a 1978 out of Norwood, Ohio. It is starlight black with decals and the original Pontiac big block 6.6 litre engine. Although it is not a Special Edition, I believe my car to be quite rare as it has white leather interior, a 4 speed manual transmission and is a hard top. I have yet to run her through Pontiac Historical Services but I do know that she was imported into the UK in 1990 and I am her third owner since. She has had a repaint at some point and I believe the 78,000 on the clock to be genuine. She is a beautiful car, in excellent condition and very smooth. She has had some work over the winter including a new head gasket and a new starter motor.
I live in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, UK, about 50 miles west of Birmingham.
Kind regards and keep up the good work
Russell
