I am onto page 7 and still going strong. Thanks to everyone for sending in their photos to me. If you have a Firebird, Formula, Trans Am, or any other car that you would like to post here, please E-mail me with your photo and information and I will post your car here.

I got the car home today on a car hauler. Unfortunately we had snow and they salted the roads but i did my best to get it clean before putting in the garage. I looked at the vin and cowl data and everything matches as far as I can tell its a nice original car with the exception of being painted black when it was originally white. The flares are off because the previous owner was going to paint it. He gave them to me and all but the right front are usable. Guess I'll have to find one. He also gave me some rear window louvers and a 78 Pontiac service manual which should be handy. The only problems I found so far is the ac compressor is missing and the dome light is gone but the rest of the interior is mint. Would you believe the clock still works. The car was running pretty fat when I backed it off the trailer but it never really warmed up.... We'll have to wait for some good weather.

 John's 2 beauties..........
"The 1978 was fully restored in 2001. It is a manual/W72/WS6. I install a more aggressive Comp Cam, GTO headers, HEI distributor, No cat, 2 ½ pipes through Flowmaster mufflers. I also installed Ricaro seats and custom interior.
I just took delivery on the 2002 collectors addition. This is one sweet car (fast as hell) and I’m very privileged to own one."
Lucky guy..............

"Really enjoy your site! When I retired to Thailnd last June, I started looking for something to replace our 99 Vette (that we had to sell, due to a 340% import tax)! I found this car in a body shop in pretty miserable shape but amazingly no rust. I negotiated a full strip, repair of minor dents and a new paint job for around $8,000. The engine is a 79, 400 cid w/Turbo 350. Runs good but I was spoiled by the Vette so will be working on that. I've replaced the entire suspension and steering so far and replaced most of the original parts that had been changed over here (sport mirrors, park lights, etc.)"
Here's my 1971 455 Firebird Formula.
