are second gens auto shifter knobs all the same? How can I find out what color the emblem should be for my '76

Unless it's a '76 Limited Edition, it will have a red bird on the shifter button.

Guess what?  I never noticed it until John007 came to look at the car.  He's the one who pointed it out to me.  I've been focused on all the stuff that needs to be fixed and never noticed that little detail.

Yes, they did have gold appointments (if an SE)...though '77 and early '78 SE's had red.
I only referenced the '76 LE as the original question pertained to a '76.
