I still have my first T/A too. Smiley I bought it new and 28+ years, and 39,000 miles later, it's still with me. Smiley

I scanned a few pics from May 1981, at 2 months old. Sure wish we had digital cameras back then.

I've got one that's a 35mm slide.  I need to convert that.

it had rally 2 wheels on it. no exhaust, tiers were junk , radio was gone and needed brakes.  and had jerry-curl juice stains on the inside of the t-tops.

Wish to God I still had the pics of the first one I had. There was only one that I knew of, and it was a black and white picture. All our family photos where lost when my sister and her ex husband were going through their divorce.

I love looking at vintage pics of firebirds and TA's, keep 'em coming, seems like many (like myself) had them as their first car.

the rear springs came up thru the trunk when I hit a bad set of rail road tracks. I kept it for a few more years. and wanted to do some work on it so I tubed it. it was at the Nats for the last 2 years.  it is the blue pro-street car with the big scoop and the whales tail on it.
