Hey guys, I am now about 85% complete with the interior on my '77 T/A. I got new carpet on top of brand new floorpans and new mats. The dashboard I restored using a YearOne dashcap and the rest was just a lot of cleaning and painting. I still need black door panels and the correct deluxe vinyl bucket seats, but for now she's basically done. Hope you enjoy the pics.

Here's recent pic of the exterior after I got a center spoiler and correct fender flares painted and installed. Thanks for looking and thanks to all you guys on the forum. you've been a big help to me over the course of this project (and of course, to all my future endeavors with this Trans Am).

Wow, the interior came along great!  You have done a great job so far and can't wait to see whats next.

Fresh carpet makes all the difference in the world.  Do you like your dash cap?

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with it. Compared with the price of finding one in mint condition, it's an awesome solution for dashes that are "too far gone". And the grain is spot-on perfect. You really have to look closely to see if it's a cap.

That is some GREAT work you've done there, I love seeing the transformation of an interior right before my eyes... especialy since I didn't have to do the work Grin.  I really like the pic of your car in front of the dragstrip too.

Thanks, guys for all your comments. RainMan, I haven't found a good Formula wheel yet, but when I do, it'll replace that ugly third-gen wheel it has now. I really appreciate all your guy's input on this project as it is a labor of love. Hope to have pics up soon of the new weatherstripping (I know: exciting) and the driver's door once I get the dumb window figured out.

Well, roughly 1000 bones to do it right and keep in mind that I don't have the right seats yet or the inside door panels. It's nice going to black if only for the sake of color matching: it's easy. My interior had mis-matched parts and the tan all faded to different shades over the years, so for me it was a no-brainer. If you get carpet and decide to go the dash-cap route, YearOne is absolutely the best place to deal with.
