Yeah they will. I had same prob w my new door weatherstripping. Had to slam doors to make em sit flush. Took about a month. On your door handle estucheons, you can paint black then spray the chrome spray paint on paper and touch them to paper to outline the trim. Works for radio bezel too.

Must be the light in the pictures. The door handle escrutcheons are new. Thats a good tip though. never thought of that. I outlined my radio bezel with a paint pen.

Well, Its been a busy week. Went to KY last weekend. Met Randy Combs on the way home and picked up my dash bezel. (Thanks again Randy) Real nice guy. Great work. Looks real nice. I Recommend Randy to anyone looking to have their dash redone. I installed the bezel. Tight fit with the dash cap but looks awesome.  I needed to adjust the pass side door panel to make a tighter fit. When I opened the door, I heard a loud POP. My NEW door hinge broke so I had to pull the pass side door off to replace the upper hinge. >:( Check roller pin pulled out.  NPD had no problem giving me a free hinge though. Glad they are so close to me. Got that installed and the door back on(without a scratch or nick!  ;D ). You know how hard FatMat is to get off?  GEEZ whatta a drag. Once I got that all done I spent the rest of the weekend readjusting and tweaking everything on both sides. Got my T Top to door glass weatherstrips on also and had to massage everything to get the tops to close. Once it was all sealed up I decided to wash and wax her. I still have 2 tiny leaks but hey, T Tops leak right? Im tired!!!

Sharp eye.  455.  That would be cool. Hopefully in the spring. I was figuring Steaks and beers too!

Thanks. Every hour has been fun!  PIA but fun. Gonna start on pulling the engine in a couple weeks. That should be enjoyable.

Interior is FINISHED! Once dusted and vacuumed everything on the inside is ready to go. Going to start pulling the front sheet metal off again tomorrow so I can get the 403 out, engine bay detailed, suspension rebuilt and the on to the 455 rebuild.

Been busy the last couple evenings. Front end is all off (again) and the engine is ready to come out.  I will have it out tomorrow. Anyone need a good running 403? CHEAP!

be careful with them freshly painted body panels fred. but on the other hand, now is the best time to clean up your frame. Is that the original motor for your car? if so you may want to just tuck it off to the side somewhere.
