I HAVE A 1980  TRUBO T/A . I GOT NEW IN 1980 . I HAVE A QUESTON . THE CAR IS BLACK INSDE
 BLACK OUTSIDE WITH GRAY DECALS BUT WITH GOLD RIMS. FROM FACTORY. MANDUFACTOR SHEET
SHOW ALL CORRECT INFORMATION ON THE COLORS .CAN  ANYONE TELL ME WHY IT CAME THAT WAY.
 I DID SEE ONE OTHER CAR LIKE MINE IN HUSTON TX ABUOT A YAER AFTER I GOT MINE . 
  JUST CURIOUS .

I think you could pick what coloured Turbo wheels you wanted, did you opt to have them in gold? You could either get them in silver or gold, maybe that's just what the factory had on hand at the time.
