solargold found the deal of the day.

I paid 200 w/shipping for the tire. But is in very nice condition.  And found all my cans in junk yards and in parts cars.  But a good can with its cardboard sleeve, label and cap should be 75 and up.  And if you find one with the bottle bracket. Its name your price.

The ones I looked at the Nats , were not in good condition.   I'd say they were in the 40.00 and down range

HUM!!I'll sell it for $200 shipped LOL. Was really surprised that no one bid on it and it does not appear to have been used, rim was not bent and in good shape. Put a little sand paper on it and repainted looks like new. Was a 15 inch, not sure what year it is for. My 77 has a 14 inch. The bottle had the cap and cardboard. I bought a reproduction decal off ebay for $8. There are also 2 sizes of bottles that I know of. No luck on the bottle bracket, yet. Some had Goodyear tires and some had BF Goodrich. I think it had to do which plant built the car. Here is one with bottle for a $99 buy it now.

tire looks out of round but may be good enough for looks (who would use it anyway). I think I have an extra rim but the tire is busted.

My spare had never been on the ground, and I still manage to lose the bracket for the bottle and the bracket for the jack, I think I let someone use the jack and I never put them back in. I found them on e-bay more than I really wanted to pay though. Oh well you wanta play you gotta pay.

I know my trunk may not be as nice as some of yalls but for now it contains all the parts to my engine rebuild and some may find that nicer than a clean trunk...haha...

Here's mine, yes there's a repro mat under there. Trunk gets loaded daily like this. No spare or jack around town because I need the space,  If I get a flat it'll go something like this  "Hello AAA? Ya, please send a rollback" AHAHAHA    Car was Esprit with no spoiler so I need a stick. And, the answer is...... The stick is cut to the length between the brake pedal (depressed) and the steering wheel. I replace brake fluid often for track days. Rears don't bleed quickly with vacuum pump so........ Open bleeder, press pedal, insert stick, close bleeder, remove stick, and repeat till flushed.

Dear Not A TA,
This is Tin Indian's wife. Would you please stop posting pictures of your car? Especially ones with er, ummm, sidepipes. I'm dizzy already and have to get up early in the morning.  :-X

78 TA trunk pic

just removed everything from trunk and added spatter paint, will apply flat clear as well, probably will still use trunk mat, but may not, it's hard to clean and gets bunched up sometimes.
