Found a 10 anniversary forsale
AZ car auto 403 i know i like the 400 better too but cant be picky.
 no rust runs good
needs paint int work?  under 8 k
what do you guys think

Hard to say without pictures, but being in Arizona and owning an Arizona car myself I am familiar with desert preservation.  LOL  I will give it a solid perhaps.  Need much more info.  Some of it comes down to your intention - restore it to original or modified it.
