rear passenger seat belt

i'm looking for a black rear passenger belt, only the side with the buckle. the rest is good, but someone broke my buckle.

this is the one i mean:


i need a black one, i just lifted that picture off ebay to show which one i need.

not sure if they vary by year, but i need one for a 1981.
