I agree, that would look really good! Although, it can be hard to find gold ones.

I saw on www.fbodywarehouse.com that they have resto for the gold dash panels...might be able to do the shift plate as well.  May be worth checking into as I would like to get the dash done anyway.   ;)

I honestly never paid that much attention to the Yellow Birds...... I kind of dig it!

Just added a pic of the interior. It seems to be pretty good shape but it still has some issues that need taken car of.  Theres a hole in the toe board on passenge side, small hole behind front passenger tire ( bottom of fender), and some rust starting on the rocker panals.  It all seems to be in lower color though.  Not sure what happened to the fender emblems, there is no marks where they should be.... going to get new ones though.  Planning on trying to as orig. as possible.

I would be MORE than happy to take that DELICIOUSLY intact interior off your hands! ;D MAN that is a sweet car. Don't you DARE take me up on that deal! :D

Yeah, they are staying with the Yellowbird.  Later on they will be getting redone as they are badly faded.
