I was thinking about doing that at one time.  The white gauges look awesome.  Then decided to change out all the gauges the AutoMeter Phantoms...

what size autometer guages are those, and did you have to cut out the bezel holes bigger?

Ooooooo,  I kinda like that!

Nope, can't do it, have to keep the car stock looking as much as possible.   Unless we get another maybe project TA?   ;)

Yes Silver TA that is the original bezel.

qcksilver79, I did have to cut the tach and speedo holes quite a bit (see pictures.)  The Tach and speedo are 5" and everything else is 2 1/16.  The 2 1/16" gauges I just had to lightly sand the edges of the bezel for them to fit.

Then wired everything up.

I used blue LED's for the back lights.  Thought it gave it a nice custom touch.

I saw this post and had a brain fart today. So i went to home depot and bought a $5 can of red/orange floresent ground paint. I then disassembled both guage clusters and painted the interior of the cluster housings including the backside of the plastic bezels that sit behind the lenses. that stuff dries in about 5 min. I had both clusters put back together and reinstalled before lunch. Turned out lights in garage and was tickled to death! Best $5 ive spent on this car so far.
