Small Dash Ground Strap??

TA400FL:
Almost have my new OER dash completely installed but I found this small ground strap and do not remember where it goes.  It must bridge across two screws on the dash somewhere?  Took it apart too long ago and lost all my reference photos.

RENOVATIONS:
It is the ground strap from the headlight switch to gauge cluster.
