egr block off plate/delete Pontiac 350 1976
« on: April 07, 2021, 06:21:32 AM »
Hi
does anyone have the egr delete plate for an 1976 Pontiac 350 cui ?
I can buy one on Ebay for every year(1970-1981)except 1976.  :o
Can I also leave the EGr valve disconnected? Or can that cause problems? Should I close the vacuum line on the valve or leave it open?
Thx
Joe

You either have one or not, I’ve never seen a block off plate.   For the choke he’s, not for the EGR.

I blocked mine off by just putting a solid gasket behind it to keep the stock look.  Leave the vacuum lines hooked up just plug it with a BB or other item.
