In the processes of redoing my carpet and came across this wire.  No idea where it does.  One end is  grounded to the floor pan

For some reason this topic is not shown in the forum topics, just at base of page. It's for your seatbelt warning light/buzzer, or variation of it depending on year model.

Thanks.  I found they cut off all the wires at the belt also.
