Go to your Photobucket album...hover your mouse over the pic you'd like to post...a drop-down menu for that particular picture will appear and show you a line of code labeled "IMG Code".
Copy that line and paste it directly into your post here

That actually depends on your picture size ... when you upload a big picture to your photobucket it will appear big here too.
