2004R throttle / tv cable bracket

Anyone have a picture of what bracket you used and how it mounted and hooked up the throttle and tv cable?  I have a quadrajet sitting on an edlebrock performer intake.

Haha I just like to read about other people having dramas! That's what most posts are beyond the 'What's this part' posts.
