1 can did 2 sail panels, the seat belt retract cover and both side panels in the back seat.  3 cars should do the whole interior.  I am not sure why they recommend adhesio promotor for the color chanfge, it's the same material.  I sent from Navy blue to Firethorn and it covered very nice in 4 coats on my sail panels.  All the parts for 3 light coats and one heavier coat for the last one.
I would normally just get one can based on this info, but fbodywarehouse only sells it in 3

I got my SEM Landau black from my local O'Reilly Auto Parts store.  They don't carry it in the store by me but they had it in their warehouse. It only took a day to get it and was around $12 a can which is higher then some places I found on the net. I wasn't taking any chances and used the SEM Adhesion promoter (sand free I think it is called). The PO of my car had refinished some interior pieces in the past and the paint/process he used wasn't working well as the paint was flaking in places.

You can gently pry the emblem out of the horn button

Alright we ordered the 4 can kit from fbodywarehouse. I'm ready to get started! Just have to wait for it to come in :-/ lol. I've been watching the fbodywarehouse video on redying your interior, just want to make sure I have everything right. First wash the unit and get all the dust/dirt off. Then go over it with reducer or lacquer thinner. Apply three to five light coats of dye. Then clear coat. Right?

Sounds about right.  Clean, clean and clean. Even oil from your skin can show up as shiny spots.

Can you use this stuff on metal parts like the headliner trim and A-pillar posts?

Yes it is just flexible paint, it doesn't really "dye" anything
