I got a mityvac tool to test the 5 actuator valves for the AC/HVAC duct baffles and doors. Two questions...

1. What's acceptable vacuum pressure for these valves? Should they function at 5psi or between 5-8 psi?

2. Is it OK for them to have slow leaks?

When I tested them, the one to the cowl vent would leak slowly, I would pump to 10 psi, then count to 20 and the pressure would drop to about 5psi in that time frame. The kick panel one also leaked but slower. 7-8 psi seems to be the pressure needed to get them to actuate, leak or not.
