We found a bunch at a dealer in detriot, I think it was a pontiac dealer so it's something else now?

They fit perfectly too.  No monkeying around.  Unless you try to install the right side on the left side.

I bought some also recently from my local dealer.Has anyone used the reproduction inner sweeps, or stay with GM?

I picked up 2 of the inner too. deciding how i'm going to put them on. I got GM pcs, I'll pay more for anything just to stay away from all that re-pop crap.

the set I have is to be the best on the market.   thats why I ordered them.  the beed is 2x the size of GM and you need to make it fit , trying not to put a kink in it.  I'll post pics of both , once my GM sweeps come in.

got the new GM sweeps today.   they fit like a glove.  the repros are similar to to OE, the GM's rubber lip that gos over the door skin is bigger and fits better. the round beed is smaller and fits better on the ends with out needing to bent to fit.

GM ones are the way to go , but order them from a dealer. so you can look them over before buying them when you pic them up.  getting them from the Hitman or Pete is fine ( they got you back on bad parts)  but they are drop shipped and almost never seen by them.

The standard outer sealing strips(sweeps) numbers are: 9612538 (RH) and 9612539 (LH)
These are the ones with the small round stainless bead on them.

The other ones that Burd put up are for cars with the deluxe or decor option that have the fat stainless trim at the top of the doors, which is part of the trim package that includes the rear hood bright trim molding and trim caps on top of the front fenders. Those sweeps are plain without with a stainless bead on them, because the door already has that thick stainless on it.

8808230 RH, and 8808231 LH

If buying new upholstery panels, they come with inner sweeps on them.
