Flloor pan question

so you can see both rear corners where the seat belts bolt in are rotted out.I have the full rear floor pan replacement. Would it be better to replace as little as possible or just make it easier in my opinion and just replace the whole section at once. Thang....on typing o did notice is the replacement panel has the hole for the anchor nut nut no nuts included
