You need the offset mounting points for the TH-350.

Here's some more but the seller has the photos and description backwards.

The first with offset cable mounts is what you want, there's a few types as they changed for extra vacuum line clearance but all fit the same. This one is for TH350.

This second one shows the cable mounts lined up at same length. This is not for TH350 with kickdown, it is for 307 Olds (and 350/403 backdated) when using a 200-4R overdrive trans.

Bugger it,  I just went and dragged mine out. Ignore the sparkly silver finish, they are normally a grey phosphate finish and by now thin with surface rust. The silver one is used 350/403 Olds with TH350. The gold plated is repro but copied off the GM Olds 307 with 200-4R overdrive trans. The main difference is the offset or aligned cable mounts. Used only for the TH350, as far as I know.
