Holes for Guage
« on: December 05, 2010, 11:25:15 AM »
Just picked up this 78 non-AC car and I was looking at the dash closer yesterday and I think the previous owner cut in an additional guage hole. The car has original motor/trans etc, but the previous owner switched out almost all the stock items (now its elect cooling fan, holley carb, msd ign, etc)

From what I remember/know, there should only be 2 guage holes (fuel/batt) to the right of the speedo for non-AC and the other 2 holes were for AC vents.

See picture.

you are correct

The A/C cars have the extra holes to the right for the vent grilles,

yours has been cut!!
