Title: Rear window interior trim panel

Just bought my first TA a 75 sterling silver 400 4 speed red and gray decals .
My question is , is there supposed to be a trim panel at the bottom of the rear window on the interior side . The sail panels just end on either side and it looks like something is missing. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

No, there is no trim piece there. It is the body of the car and should be painted interior colour to match trim pieces, often forgotten during repaints and interior changes.
