81Turbo T/A with 36K

I own a local body shop and i have a gentleman wanting to sell his 81 turbo with 36K.. car has original laquer paint with light checking going on.. Very hard to see. door was touched up. no rust what so ever.. from 5 foot car looks great. Interior is excellent. other than owner didnt like the leather seats so he had cloth inlay put in them. and also had the rear side panels covered in tan carpet..  Any ideas what its worth? It is number matching car..

Prob around 18-20k 81s aren't the most desirable among the 2nd generations but with it being lower mileage and a black car should be a somewhat easy sale

I can pick this car up rather inexpensive.  so in your opinion selling it for 14 would be no problem ?
