Hi trying  to get  ball park measurement from the top of the heater box flang to the bottom  of the firewall flang. Thanks

You can get flat blanking off panels that cover AC hole and uses same screw holes. These can be used for engine bay tidy ups or adding heater only by cutting required holes in it.

Thanks that would be easier and speed this project up....However I'm going the hard way I guess. I have welded up the hole and will cut it out but the heater box does line up with 2 of the ac box holes However its to much of a down angle. So I'm just leveling it to the top of the firewall.
