Re size photos help

I use photobucket to resize mine but maybe you can find a free program on the net.  Try and google it.

I think PC Paint will as stated above.  Also, if you have a PC with MS Office suite loaded it includes a photo utility program.  I think most PC's have some kind loaded.  Mine has Microsoft Office Picture Manager.  It will re-size photos.

Look under "all programs/microsoft/office/tools" or "all programs/accessories"....
