Cant buy from website.

Hello! I'm trying to buy from the website, but it dosent work!
I'm trying to get my hands on the electronic version of the manual but everytime I try to checkout, it sais :" You are not allowed to continue the checkout procedure! Please contact the store administrator for details."  >:(

Once I was able to get to the paypal thing to proceed to payment, but an error occured and asked me to change my shipping address and there was an error.

I live in canada quebec, and never had an issue like this before.

RENOVATIONS:
I will forward this to Hitman now
