Well, after a few trial and errors, here is the first of two for my driver's door....




I should have known an inkjet printer would smudge the ink on a high gloss vinyl adhesive paper. This is what I came up with though after a few different ways of doing it. The picture is a little blurry but the print is perfectly clear and it has a protective film over the top and adhesive on the back, so all you do is peel and stick. I think it turned out nice......after about $10 bucks worth of material, but I've got enough left for the second as well, so I'm out about $5 for each sticker.

thank you BAMA TA for your email. I've corrected all upper pdf files. I forget to set the correct font to the VIN text field. And used the automatic font size function.

Now now it's corrected. If anybody see a fail in these pdf, or needs a modification, so let me know and I can do this.

Did ya'll still want these done? My Photobucket account is screwed up so the pic is gone. If I don't do these now, I'll probably end up misplacing the materials. I should have enough left for two sets.

You can go to local sign shops and ask them if they have a vinyl printer.  I have a friend that does signs and he usually charges just price on vinyl if he doesn't have to touch up anything prior to printing.

or you can buy vinyl for a laser printer. These special vinyls are a bit more expensive than normal vinyls, but laser printer usable.

Sure but it's cheaper to have someone else buy the equipment unless you are restoring a bunch of different vehicles all the time where you need this sort of thing.
